VANESSA J. A. BRITO
Nervous System Regulation & Human Performance
Expanding human capacity through nervous system intelligence.
Improving how individuals and teams function under pressure.
THE PROBLEM
Modern work environments place continuous demands on attention, decision-making, and performance.
Most people are not lacking discipline.
They are operating under cognitive overload and a dysregulated nervous system.
This directly affects clarity, efficiency, and resilience.
My work addresses this at the level of the nervous system.
THE WORK
This work addresses performance at the level of the nervous system.
Through structured sessions combining breathwork, movement, and neuroplasticity-based training, individuals and teams improve clarity, regulate stress, and increase their capacity to function effectively.
THE METHOD
The method integrates nervous system regulation, cognitive-motor coordination, and controlled variability.
It is designed to improve focus, adaptability, and resilience in high-demand environments.
This method is developed under the name Fluxalia.
